Our Norfolk Broad Holiday Home is set right in the middle of ‘The broads’ which are made up of 6 rivers which connect 40 broads. Thus making 200km of waterways. The broads originated in the medieval times with each broad being dug for the peat which was used as fuel. These broads were then flooded and with the growth of reed, sand and woodlands, together with the marshes make up the broad lands landscape..

One of the first things you will notice in Wroxham is the name Roy’s! Many of the shops are owned by the same family and are very much a tradition of Wroxham.
